The Lundquist Alumni Network is an organization for graduates of
the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. The club is
open to both graduate and undergraduate alumni. The main core of the
membership is currently centered around the Portland, Oregon metro area.

It can identify the biggest gainers or losers, and color codes the companies according to their price change. It also provides more details such as key ratios, insider trading, and news.

Realestateabc.com is another source for free value estimates. It too has other resources.
Reply.com claims to have "Everything you need to know about nearly every Home and Auto in America." They also provide free price estimates.
Cyberhomes.com lets you "Search more than 100,000,000 property records." Another source for free price estimates.
eRealAnalyzer This site is a service of the Wall Street Journal's RealEstate Journal. It does not provide estimates, but has cash flow analyzers for various scenarios and purchase types like rental investement or owner occupied.

Google Earth Is a program that lets you look fly around a globe made of satellite images of the earth. You will need a broadband connection, and to download and install the program.
